The rainforests of Borneo stradling Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia and Malaysia is one of the key centers of biological diversity in the world covering approximately 220,000 sq km of equatorial rainforest.
The Heart of Borneo main objective is to protect and conserve the rainforest of Borneo. This leads to an establishment of a network of protected areas, productive forests that transcends the borders of Burnei, Indonesia, Malaysia (bimp-eaga).
